ADV SCULPTURE

DESCRIPTION

Welcome to ADVANCED SCULPTURE! These classes are designed for children who are ten years old and older and are interested in exploring the world of sculpture. In these classes, students will be introduced to a variety of sculptural techniques, including carving, modeling, casting, assemblage, and mixed media. Students will also learn about the properties of different materials and how to use them to create three-dimensional forms. Throughout the class, students will be encouraged to experiment with different techniques and materials to create unique and original sculptures. In addition to creating sculptures, students will learn about the history of sculpture and famous sculptors throughout time. These classes are designed to be hands-on, with plenty of time for students to work on their own sculptures and receive individual guidance from the instructor. Whether your child is interested in pursuing sculpture as a hobby or as a potential career, this class will provide them with a strong foundation and a fun and engaging experience.
